Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data on the Hunsoft website and its subdomains. We follow applicable EU and Hungarian data protection rules.

Who is the data controller

Data we collect

1. Data provided through contact and demo requests. Name, work email, company name, and the message content.
2. Service and business correspondence related to contracts, support, and invoicing.
3. Usage and analytics data such as pages visited, device information, referrer, truncated IP, and error logs.
4. Cookies and similar technologies. Details appear in the Cookie Policy.

Purposes and legal bases

1. Responding to inquiries and providing demos. Legal basis is performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract.
2. Operating and securing the website. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a reliable and safe service.
3. Improving the product and measuring performance. Legal basis is consent for analytics cookies and similar tools.
4. Meeting legal and tax obligations. Legal basis is legal obligation where applicable.

Retention

1. Contact and demo messages for up to twenty four months.
2. Server logs for up to twelve months unless security requires a longer period.
3. Contract and invoicing records for the period required by applicable law.

Sharing and processors

We use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, email, and customer support. They process data on behalf of Lily Home Kft under written data protection agreements. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If data leaves the European Economic Area, we apply appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
